At Jongees.com we will ship anywhere within the continental U.S. Items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.

Free local pick-ups available at Jongee's Gifts & Boutique in Sparta, TN.

Pick-Up hours are Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm.

Call 931-836-2822 to schedule afterhours pick-ups.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at julia@jongees.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
