The Mahjong 101 Experience

Your ticket includes a three-hour American Mahjong 101 lesson taught by a certified instructor, covering all the foundations of the game so you can confidently sit down and play.

During the class, you’ll learn:

• How to read and understand the NMJL Mahjong card

• Tile categories and essential terminology

• The flow of gameplay and NMJL rules

• Winning hands and basic strategy

• How to play comfortably in a social setting

Everything you need for gameplay is provided — tiles, racks, tables, cards, and all materials will be ready for you when you arrive.

What Else to Expect

This experience is as much about connection as it is learning. Your afternoon also includes:

• A Sonic “dirt”-y soda bar (a playful nod to Tracy’s favorite drink and potting accessory!)

• Lite bites, snacks, and sweets (Tracy-approved favorites)
